These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the THE LAB Aventura website and the services we provide. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms. THE LAB Aventura is located at 19790 W Dixie Hwy, Aventura, FL 33180.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• All appointments are by appointment only and must be booked through our online booking system at book.labaventura.com or by contacting us directly.
• A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings. Deposits are applied toward the cost of your service.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee and may require a non-refundable deposit to rebook.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment time.

3. Services and Pricing

• Service prices are listed on our booking platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices displayed on the website are estimates. Final pricing may be confirmed during your consultation or booking.
• Some services, including permanent makeup and certain laser treatments, require a consultation prior to the first appointment.
• Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment. Results depend on individual factors including skin type, hair color, and health history.
• We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if we determine it is not suitable or safe for a client.

4. Promotional Offers

• Promotional discounts, including first-visit offers, are valid for new clients only unless otherwise stated.
• One promotional offer per client. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
• Promotional codes or offers must be mentioned or presented at the time of booking or appointment. They cannot be applied retroactively.
• THE LAB Aventura reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without notice.

5. SMS Appointment Notifications

When you book an appointment, you may opt in to receive SMS notifications related to your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices.

• Message frequency: Varies based on appointment activity. Typically 2-3 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and any updates).
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. These are billed by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by THE LAB Aventura.
• Eligibility: You must provide a valid US mobile phone number and be the owner or authorized user of that number.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further appointment SMS will be sent. Opting out does not cancel your appointments.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. SMS and Email Marketing

By submitting your contact information through our website signup form, you separately agree to receive promotional emails and marketing text messages from THE LAB Aventura.

• Standard message and data rates may apply.
• To stop receiving marketing texts, reply STOP. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Opting out of marketing will not affect appointment notifications or your ability to book.

Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions, medications, or skin conditions. It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health information during consultation. THE LAB Aventura will not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE LAB Aventura and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
